The project financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014
The second of five thermo-modernizations was completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. It was executed under the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (operational programme under the Financial Mechanism of European Economic Area).
The scope of works included in the tender covers the following activities:
- external walls insulation;
- insulation of the foundation walls;
- insulation of the flat roof;
- replacement of windows and doors;
- installations of the central heating;
- installation of usable hot water;
- mechanical ventilation of the gym;
and
- strengthening the construction of the wall connecting building, gym;
- the emergency staircase of the gym;
- other construction works, reconstruction of the band around the building, dismantling and installation of window grilles
- installation of the water and sewerage
- electric works (exterior lighting, lightning protection installation and monitoring).

The realisation period: from 26 of March 2015 to 30 October 2015
The cost of works: 1 675 022 milion PLN
